Which assets and networks do you support?

Each checkout shows the exact token contract or native asset, network, receiving wallet and any bridged or omnichain representation. Availability requires a verified receiving wallet and healthy payment detection.

How fast do I get paid?

Funds go directly to your connected wallet. SettleBolt confirms orders after the required network checks, so timing varies by network and congestion. There is no SettleBolt payout schedule.

What's the difference between the plans?

The card grid above shows the limits. Starter includes links, invoices, WooCommerce, and basic reporting. Pro adds API access, webhooks, Telegram, WhatsApp, analytics, audit logs, and a custom domain. Business adds higher capacity, 10 seats, onboarding, and priority technical support. Pro and Business use the same standard team roles, CSV payment export, and one custom checkout domain.

What counts as a successful payment?

A successful payment is any confirmed payment through an invoice, payment link, checkout, WooCommerce, or API. Drafts, failed payments, expired links, and test-mode payments do not count.

Will a large customer payment get blocked?

No. We do not hard-block customer checkouts because one payment is large. If you exceed your plan repeatedly, we will ask you to upgrade. Payment volume is used to show ROI and savings, not as a hard cap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. New plan purchases are prepaid crypto terms and do not renew automatically. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund that period; any legacy recurring subscription is stopped by cancellation.

Do my customers need a crypto wallet?

Yes. Your customer needs the exact asset on the network shown at checkout. For native ETH, use a wallet that sends ETH directly: smart-wallet batches and internal exchange transfers are not detected. Use a supported token checkout for those wallets.

What's a stablecoin and why should I care?

USDC is designed to track the US dollar. SettleBolt prices invoices in EUR and shows the exact token amount using an exchange-rate quote. Always use the network and token contract shown at checkout; a similarly named bridged token can be a different asset. Native assets also use a live quote.

How do refunds work?

Customer-payment refunds are transfers you arrange from your own wallet. Confirm the customer's refund address and network directly; a displayed sender address may belong to an exchange or contract and is not necessarily safe for refunds. Recording refund details in SettleBolt does not move funds.

Are there any setup fees or long term contracts?

None. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no annual commitment required. Pick a plan, connect your wallet, and you're live. You can switch plans or cancel anytime.
